The staff was pleasant and proactively offered a ground floor room, which helped significantly because my husband has mobility challenges and luggage issues. The room provided ample space for our needs. It was comfortable and met our expectations. The parking was convenient, with electric vehicle charging available, important since we have an electric car.
We were surprised that we could not put our drinks on the room number and instead had to pay cash, even though we had a room reservation.

The room had a big, comfortable bath!!! I could watch TV while soaking. Food choices on site were many. The bar area provided a lovely atmosphere.
Our room was not quite ready upon arrival, which caused a short wait.
